Job Description - Business Development & Senior HR Positions (3 open Roles)

Location: Okhla, Delhi
Work Mode: Work from Office
Experience: Relevant experience as per position

1. Assistant Manager - Business Development
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain regular follow-ups.

2. Business Development Manager
- Lead and manage the Inside Sales / Business Development team.
- Drive the team towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Monitor daily performance, leads, conversions, follow-ups, and revenue.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to improve productivity.
- Handle key client interactions and support the team in closing business.
- Excellent English communication, qualified grooming, and corporate etiquette are required.

3. Senior HR / HR Manager
- Manage the complete HR function and employee lifecycle.
- Direct hands-on Learning & Development (L&D;) experience is mandatory.:




- Plan and execute employee training and development programs.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, induction, incubation, training, employee engagement, and retention.
- Identify training needs and develop appropriate L&D; initiatives.
- Manage employee relations, HR policies, and HR operations.
- Coordinate and manage payroll-related activities where applicable.
- Ensure smooth communication between management and employees.

Key Requirements

For BD roles: Inside Sales, Business Development, Team Management, Target Achievement, Excellent English Communication & Corporate Etiquette.

For Senior HR:L&D; experience is the primary and mandatory requirement, along with complete HR management, recruitment, induction, training, and retention experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
