Job Description: Junior Purchase Executive (Project Procurement)Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Purchase Executive to manage day-to-day project procurement activities. You will be responsible for sourcing project-specific materials, tracking orders, coordinating with vendors, and supporting internal engineering and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) Management: Review incoming project material requirements, issue accurate Purchase Orders via ERP systems, and secure timely fulfillment.
- Vendor Sourcing & RFQs: Source potential suppliers, issue Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and gather comparative bids for project needs.
- Commercial Negotiation: Assist senior managers in evaluating supplier quotes and negotiating pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Order Tracking & Expediting: Actively follow up with vendors on delivery statuses to ensure zero downtime on project sites.
- Invoice & Payment Processing:



Verify delivery challans and supplier invoices against POs, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with finance for timely payouts.
- Data & Inventory Control: Maintain detailed procurement databases, update material trackers, and cross-reference inventory shortages.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between project site managers, vendors, and the accounts department.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a relevant Engineering diploma.
- Experience:1-3 years of practical experience in purchasing, material management, or project-based procurement.
- Software Proficiencies: Direct experience utilizing ERP platforms (and strong capability in Advanced MS Excel.
- Core Competencies: Clear commercial negotiation abilities, solid communication, and robust problem-solving skills under tight project timelines

Pay: ₹15,000.
