Create precise 3D VMC programs using Powermill / Delcam software:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in VMC Programming:
- Should have knowledge and experience of using 4th Axis:
- Design Machining Fixtures, jigs and setups:
- Select cutting tools, parameters, speeds, and feeds for effective machining:
- Plan machining sequences and ensure quality output as per drawing specifications:
- Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize cycle times:
- Act as Production in Charge, leading day to day production activities.:
- Allocate jobs, manage machine engagement, and ensure optimal resource utilization:
- Reduce machine downtime through proactive planning and quick problem-solving:
- Monitor and improve production Efficiency and output on a daily basis

Qualification : Minimum Diploma Mechanical / BE Mechanical

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
