Job Brief
We need a dynamic and target-driven Used Car Sales Executive to join our dealership team. You will guide customers through purchasing pre-owned cars, explain vehicle conditions, and coordinate financing options. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, local market knowledge, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet walk-in customers, understand their budget and requirements, and suggest suitable pre-owned car options.
- Vehicle Demonstrations: Explain car specifications, mileage, service history, and previous ownership details transparently. Arrange and accompany customers on test drives.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing in consultation with the Sales Manager and close deals to meet monthly sales targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain a database of prospective and past buyers,



logging follow-ups and inquiries accurately in the dealership CRM software.
- Inventory Upkeep: Inspect the display lot, ensure vehicles are clean and priced properly, and coordinate with the evaluation team for new stock updates.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum 12th pass (Higher Secondary); a graduation degree is a plus.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of retail or direct sales experience, preferably in the automobile, insurance, or financial services sector.
- Skills: Robust negotiation, persuasion, and Kannada language proficiency alongside basic English and Hindi.
- Aptitude: High energy, professional appearance, and comfort working on weekends and flexible dealership hours

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
