Key Responsibilities:
- CFA Billing Coordination:
- Coordinate day-to-day billing activities between Aakaar Head Office, Novacare, and CFA operations.
- Ensure timely execution of billing requirements and resolve billing-related queries and discrepancies.
- Follow up with Aakaar HO for pending billing instructions, approvals, and clarifications.
- Stock & Inter-Branch Transfer Coordination:
- Coordinate stock transfers between branches/entities as per Aakaar’s requirements.
- Coordination with Aakaar HO and respective Entero entities for stock transfer planning, approvals, and execution.
- Track transfers and ensure timely movement and receipt of stock.
- Daily Sales & Stock Reporting:
- Prepare and share entity-wise daily sales and stock reports with Aakaar HO.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of daily MIS.
- Highlight significant stock shortages, Short expiry stocks, excess inventory, and sales deviations, wherever required.
- Payable & Market Receivable MIS:
- Prepare and share regular payable and market receivable MIS with Aakaar.




- Coordinate with respective teams/entities for reconciliation and resolution of outstanding items.
- Track pending critical payments and receivables and provide status updates.
- Monthly MIS & Business Reporting:
- Prepare and share monthly MIS with Aakaar, covering sales, stock, billing, transfers, receivables, payables, and other relevant operational parameters.
- Ensure timely submission of MIS and address data requirements or queries raised by Aakaar HO.
- Monthly Claim submission & tracking
- Overall Coordination:
- Act as the single coordination point between Aakaar HO, Novacare, CFA, and Entero entities for billing, stock, sales reporting.

Ensure timely communication, follow-up, issue resolution, and closure of all Aakaar-related operational activities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
