nAbout the Role

- We’re looking for a high-energy, target-oriented Business Development Associate with proven B2C sales experience.n
- You’ll play a critical role in driving revenue and converting leads.n

nThe charter for this role will include:
n
- n
- Generate direct revenue through high-quality B2C consultative sales.n
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.n
- Engage with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails; follow up proactively and drive conversions.n
- Build rapport and trust with students and parents to understand their goals and recommend the right servicesn

nIdeal Persona :
n
- n
- Minimum 1 year of B2C sales experience (EdTech preferred but not required).n
- Proven experience in selling and revenue generation with a solid track record of meeting/exceeding targets.n
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.n




- Experience in EdTech or similar high-velocity B2C environments.n
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes.n
- Highly organized, disciplined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.n
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.n
