Job Summary:
- ? Key Roles & Responsibilities:
?️ Application Design & Development:
- Build complex DataWindows, windows, menus, tab controls, and user objects
- Develop reusable components and frameworks using PowerScript
- Implement n-tier, client-server, and MVC architecture patterns
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions




- Develop and maintain custom user events, functions, and class hierarchies

?️ Database Design & Integration:
- Design, write, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and views
- Manage ODBC/JDBC database connections and transaction management
- Ensure data integrity, normalization, and optimal database performance
- Integrate with REST/SOAP web services and third-party APIs

? Maintenance, Support & Quality:
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support and root cause analysis
- Write and maintain comprehensive unit test cases and support QA testing cycles
- Create and update technical documentation, design specs, and runbooks

? Migration & Modernization:
- Support upgrades from older PB versions to PowerBuilder 2019/2022 or Appeon platforms
- Collaborate with solution architects on re-engineering, refactoring, and moderniz
