Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert sales leads for modular kitchens and wardrobes.
- Attend walk-in customers and conduct client meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable design and product solutions.
- Coordinate with the design team for layouts, quotations, and presentations.
- Conduct site visits and take measurements whenever required.
- Prepare and present project estimates and negotiate pricing.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until order closure.
- Build long-term relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers, and builders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Update CRM with customer interactions, quotations, and project status.
- Coordinate with execution and production teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Collect customer feedback and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in Modular Kitchen, Wardrobe, Interior, Furniture, or Building Material Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of modular furniture products and materials.
- Ability to read basic layouts and drawings.
- Customer-focused with excellent presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.

Preferred Experience

Experience with brands such as Livspace, HomeLane, DesignCafe, Hafele, Hettich, Sleek, Godrej Interio, Spacewood, or similar interior solution companies will be an added advantage.
