Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Executive to join our Bhopal team. The role will support day-to-day accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate transaction recording, reconciliation, documentation, and timely account finalization.

The position provides practical exposure to Tally, accounting operations, GST, TDS, reconciliations, financial reporting, and business processes.





Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records and transactions in Tally.
- Perform accounting entries, verification, classification, and documentation.
- Conduct regular bank and transaction reconciliations.
- Support daily account finalization and financial closing activities.
- Maintain records of income, expenses, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Assist with GST and TDS-related accounting, documentation, and compliance activities.
- Prepare and maintain periodic financial reports and supporting schedules.
- Ensure accounting records are complete, accurate, and properly organized.
- Coordinate with internal teams for accounting, documentation, and operational requirements.
