About the Role:
- We are seeking a Business Analyst with robust Capital Markets domain expertise to drive analysis, solution design, and delivery for front-, middle-, and back-office initiatives. You will partner with trading, risk, operations, compliance, and technology teams to modernize platforms, improve STP, reduce operational risk, and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple asset classes.




- Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements & Analysis
- Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria across trading, risk, and post-trade processes.
- Perform process mapping (BPMN/UML), data flow analysis, and gap assessment of current vs. target state.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, data mappings, and interface/API contracts.
- Capital Markets Domain Delivery
- Analyze trade lifecycle events: order capture, execution, allocation, confirmation/affirmation, clearing, settlement, reconciliations, and corporate actions.
- Work across asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Listed/OTC Derivatives) and related workflows (OMS/EMS, market connectivity, FIX, SWIFT, ISO 20022).
- Support risk, pricing, and P&L; processes; collaborate with quants/risk teams on data and model integration (e.g., VaR inputs, sensitivities).
