About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sourcing Manager - Real Estate to join our team at Kyrah Apartment, Jogeshwari East.

Key Responsibilities

1. Channel Partner & Broker Management

Identify, onboard, and develop relationships with real estate brokers and channel partners.

Build and maintain a strong network of channel partners across Mumbai, particularly the Jogeshwari East and near by areas.

Regularly engage with brokers and channel partners to generate business opportunities.

Communicate project offerings, pricing, schemes, and updates to channel partners.

Maintain robust and long-term relationships with high-performing brokers and channel partners.





Motivate channel partners to actively promote and generate business for Kyrah Apartment.

2. Field Work & Broker Network Development

Regular field visits are an essential part of this role.

Visit real estate brokers, channel partners, property consultants, and local networking points to generate business opportunities.

Conduct face-to-face meetings with brokers and channel partners and introduce them to the Kyrah Apartment project.

Develop and maintain an active broker/channel partner network across Jogeshwari, Andheri, Goregaon, Malad, and other Western Line locations.

Regularly visit new areas to identify and develop new broker and channel partner relationships.

Attend property exhibitions, networking events, broker meets, and other relevant real estate activities.

Follow up with channel partners through regular meetings and field visits to ensure continuous business generation.

Generate qualified site visits through broker and channel partner relations
