Job Description:Project Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and organized Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of IT projects. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking project activities and deliverables, maintaining project documentation, monitoring timelines, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects from initiation to closure.
- Coordinate project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project activities and deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, documentation, and status reports.
- Serve as a key coordination point between clients, management, project teams, and internal departments.
- Track project progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.




- Follow up with team members and stakeholders on pending tasks and deliverables.
- Identify potential delays, risks, and blockers and escalate them to the Project Manager or management.
- Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and track action items to closure.
- Prepare and circulate regular project status reports and management updates.
- Assist with resource allocation, utilization, and capacity tracking.
- Support project budget tracking, forecasts, invoices, and financial reporting.
- Ensure project activities follow defined project management methodologies, processes, and quality standards.
- Coordinate Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives where applicable.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure project information is accurate and up to date.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve project coordination and delivery processes.
