- Responsibilities:
- Supporting all the existing tools in the organization.




- Work with partners including the Executive, Developers, Data engineers to assist with Visualization platform related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs
- Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines, departments, and segments
- Create and update documentation for the purposes of architectural governance and support or the tools that are used
- Educate users on standard methodologies and Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data visualization.
- Prepare and maintain documentation of processes, standards.
- Recommend and participate in evaluation of new tools or technologies to improve current architecture or design
- Respond to support tickets and solve issues.
- Maintain and enhance existing visualization tools to improve usability and performance.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
