Meta D2C Ads Specialist

Experience:1-3 years

Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) across the full funnel — awareness, consideration and conversion
- Scale ecommerce/D2C conversion campaigns profitably, with a focus on ROAS and CAC targets
- Build and manage retargeting, lookalike and interest-based audiences
- Set up and optimize catalog/dynamic product ads (DPA) for ecommerce
- Own Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI) implementation and troubleshooting for accurate tracking
- Run structured audience and creative testing (A/B testing ad sets, formats, hooks, angles)
- Monitor and report on key metrics — ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, frequency and funnel drop-offs
- Coordinate with the creative/content team on ad creative briefs, UGC requirements and iteration based on performance data
- Analyze campaign
