About the Role

We're looking for a Mid-Level Project Manager to lead current restaurant openings, remodels, and renovation projects from planning through launch. You'll coordinate general contractors, architects, equipment vendors, franchise/brand standards teams, and internal operations staff to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to brand specification. This role suits someone who thrives on juggling multiple sites at once and enjoys the mix of construction logistics, vendor negotiation, and hands-on problem-solving that comes with opening or refreshing restaurant locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project timelines for new restaurant builds, remodels, and refreshes, from site handoff to grand opening.
- Coordinate general contractors, architects, engineers, and specialty vendors (kitchen equipment, signage, furniture, POS/IT) to keep projects on schedule.
- Track project budgets, review contractor bids and change orders, and flag cost overruns to leadership.
- Ensure all locations meet brand design standards, health code requirements,



and local permitting/zoning regulations.
- Serve as the main point of contact between corporate teams, landlords/property managers, and on-site construction teams.
- Coordinate FF&E; (furniture, fixtures & equipment) procurement and delivery timing with construction milestones.
- Partner with operations and training teams to align construction completion with staffing, inventory, and opening-day readiness.
- Conduct regular site walkthroughs to monitor quality, safety, and progress against schedule.
- Maintain project documentation, including budgets, schedules, punch lists, and vendor contracts.
- Troubleshoot on-site issues quickly to avoid delays to opening dates.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality construction/dev
