About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Job & Prospect Sourcing
- Actively source relevant job openings for BIA students across LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, company career pages, recruitment platforms, and other job portals.
- Identify openings aligned with students' skills, courses,



experience levels, locations, and career aspirations.
- Build and maintain a database of relevant companies, recruiters, HR professionals, and active job openings.
- Track new hiring requirements and identify recurring recruitment opportunities.
- Research companies and industries to identify potential hiring partners for BIA.

HR & Recruiter Outreach
- Introduce BIA and its student talent pool to prospective employers.
- Understand current and upcoming hiring requirements from companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HRs and recruiters.
- Work towards developing a strong network of active hiring companies.

Placement Coordination
- Coordinate the complete placement process between students, BIA teams, and employers.
- Share job opportunities with eligible students through the BIA CEC portal and other approved channels.
