Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to support freight brokerage operations. Candidates with experience in logistics, transportation operations, supply chain, customer service, order management, shipment coordination, or similar domains are encouraged to apply.
The role involves coordinating shipments, communicating with customers and transportation partners, tracking loads, resolving exceptions, and ensuring shipments move efficiently from origin to destination.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage daily shipment and load activities from pickup through delivery.
Communicate with customers, carriers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure timely shipment execution.
Monitor shipment status and proactively identify potential delays or exceptions.
Follow up with transportation partners for pickup, delivery, and status updates.
Maintain accurate shipment and load information in TMS systems and tracking tools.
Support load planning, carrier coordination, and shipment scheduling.
Investigate and resolve operational issues, including delays,



missed appointments, and documentation gaps.
Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers and stakeholders.
Review shipment information and identify discrepancies requiring follow-up.
Maintain operational records, reports, and performance trackers.
Follow established SOPs, escalation procedures, and compliance requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Willingness to work night shifts and weekends as required by business operations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Good typing proficiency with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Good proficiency in MS Excel and other operational systems
Ability to coordinate with multiple parties simultaneously
Robust follow-up and ownership skills
Good understanding of shipment/order lifecycle
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-pa
