About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Accurately transcribe audio and video recordings into written documents.

Review and proofread transcribed content for grammar, spelling, formatting, and accuracy.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and business-related information.

Organize and maintain digital records, documents, and transcription files.

Complete assigned transcription and back-office tasks within specified deadlines.

Coordinate with internal teams when clarification or additional information is required.

Ensure data and documentation are accurate and properly formatted.

Follow company processes, quality standards, and confidentiality guidelines.

Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
- Required Skills & Qualifications




- Minimum 1 year of experience in transcription, back-office operations, data entry, documentation, or a related role.
- Excellent listening and typing skills.
- Good command of English grammar, spelling, and sentence structure.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good typing speed with the ability to maintain accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Google Docs, or similar office tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Preferred Skills
- Experience with transcription software/tools.
- Familiarity with different accents and audio qualities.
- Knowledge of document formatting and proofreading.
- Previous experience in a back-office or operations workplace.
