Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards and requirements.
- Experience in brass components and CNC machining industry preferred.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA and SPC.
- Handling customer complaints, 8D reports, root cause analysis and CAPA.
- Knowledge of incoming, in-process and final inspection.
- Hands-on knowledge of CMM, profile projector, vision measuring machine, roughness tester and other measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T; and inspection standards.
- Knowledge of Poka-Yoke, 7 QC tools and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with Production, NPD and Customer Quality teams.
- Conduct internal process/product audits and support customer audits.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Automotive OEM/Tier-1 customer handling experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
