Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and commercially aware Chartered Accountant (CA) to take ownership of key finance, accounting, taxation, compliance, audit, and financial reporting functions.
This role requires someone who is equally comfortable with hands-on financial operations and management-level financial analysis . The ideal candidate should be able to ensure solid financial controls and statutory compliance while providing meaningful financial insights that support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Oversee and review day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy of books of accounts.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and finalization of accounts.
- Review general ledger, provisions, accruals, reconciliations, and financial schedules.
- Prepare and review Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, and other financial reports .




- Ensure accounting practices are aligned with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, working capital, and cash flow.

MIS, Budgeting & Financial Analysis
- Prepare and review monthly MIS and management reports .
- Analyze revenue, costs, margins, profitability, and key financial variances.
- Prepare annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and budget-vs-actual analysis.
- Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities and present actionable insights to management.
- Develop and monitor financial KPIs to support business performance.
- Assist management with financial planning and commercial decision-making.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Manage and review GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory compliances .
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory returns and payment of dues.
