- Understand clients' business requirements and suggest appropriate services or software solutions.
- Conduct client meetings and explain company services professionally.
- Coordinate with the technical/marketing team for ERP, CRM, website and software requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate product/service demonstrations.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations and presentations.
- Maintain lead details, follow-ups and sales pipeline in the company's CRM.
- Handle basic client objections and negotiate professionally.




- Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Submit daily/weekly sales and follow-up reports.

Required Skills:
Must Have:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing.
- Interest in ERP, CRM and software solutions.
- Good convincing and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and client follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to understand client requirements.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Positive to Have:
- Knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads or Meta Ads.
- Basic understanding of CRM/ERP software.
- Knowledge of website development.
