You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Proposal & Information Management (RFP/RFI/DDQ), Pre-Sales Enablement, Content Governance. You have found the right team.

As an Analyst within our Proposal & Information Management (PIM) Team - Asset Management, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.

Job Responsibilities
- Complete RFP/RFI, DDQ, and consultant database requests for institutional and wholesale clients/prospects with accuracy and timeliness.
- Draft client
- and consultant-ready responses covering performance, characteristics, holdings data, and narrative content for equity strategies.
- Maintain a centralized, structured content library covering strategies, performance data, compliance information, and legal disclosures.
- Coordinate with product groups, Investment Specialists, and Client Advisors to gather inputs and finalize proposal materials.




- Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting strict deadlines across regions and stakeholder groups.
- Validate AI-generated outputs against authoritative sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Ensure final deliverables meet client standards, confidentiality expectations, and compliance requirements.
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with cross-regional teams to drive alignment and timely delivery. Improve PIM processes by developing templates, style guidance, best practices, and automation/AI-assisted tooling.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Hold a post-graduate degree with 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the asset management industry.
- Demonstrate ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) effectively for client-ready deliverables.
- Produce precise, high-quality written content with solid verbal communication skills.
