Job Summary:
The Sanitation Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dishwashing area, and food & beverage facilities. This role ensures that all kitchen utensils, dishes, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored. The Sanitation Attendant plays a vital role in supporting the culinary and service teams by maintaining a safe and hygienic working setting.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning & Sanitation:
- Wash, clean, and sanitize all dishes, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, kitchen surfaces, and food preparation areas.




- Follow proper waste disposal and recycling procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including HACCP and hotel sanitation policies.

Equipment & Inventory Maintenance:
- Store cleaned items in their designated areas to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Inspect and maintain dishwashing machines and other kitchen cleaning equipment.
- Report any malfunctioning equipment or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.

Kitchen & Food Preparation Support:
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic cleaning and preparation tasks when needed.
- Support functions and catering events by ensuring all service items are cleaned and available.
- Ensure kitchen floors are dry and free from hazards to prevent slips and falls.

Teamwork & Collaboration:
- Work closely with the kit
