LIVE Eye News Service (LENS) is a digital-first video news agency being built to provide fast, verified and affordable news footage to television channels, digital publishers, YouTube news and opinion channels, influencers and other content creators across India.

LENS will operate a nationwide network of reporters, correspondents and stringers and offer news content through a digital marketplace, pay-per-story purchases, subscription plans and, subsequently, enterprise licensing and API-based content delivery.

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can develop and execute online marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities




- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote the company’s products/services.
- Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant online campaigns.
- Generate high-quality and qualified leads through paid and organic digital channels.
- Identify target audiences and create appropriate customer segments.
- Develop campaign concepts, ad copies, creatives and content requirements.
- Manage social media pages and improve engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on results.
- Track key KPIs such as CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROI and ROAS.
- Maintain lead-generation data and track leads from source to conversion.
- Analyse competitors and identify new digital marketing opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient utilization.
- Stay updated with the latest digital market
