Job Summary

We are looking for a *CA Qualified skilled* to join our Finance & Accounts team as *Manager - Finance & Accounts*. The role involves supporting and managing key finance activities including accounting, GST, MIS, audits, reconciliations, budgeting, cash flow, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, and ledger review.
- Ensure GST compliance, filings, reconciliations, and audit coordination.
- Monitor billing, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), ageing, and collections.
- Handle bank reconciliations and banking-related activities.
- Ensure timely monthly closing and finalization of accounts.
- Monitor finance operations, expenses, and controls across branches and factories.
- Review financial and management MIS.
- Assist in budgeting and monitoring actuals against targets.
- Monitor cash flow,



fund requirements, and payment planning.
- Implement and monitor financial controls and SOP compliance.
- Coordinate statutory, tax, GST, and internal audits.
- Support management with financial analysis and reports.
- Assist in leading and coordinating the Finance & Accounts team.
- *Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).*
- 0-1 year of post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, GST, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of financial controls and audit processes.
- Proficiency in *MS Excel* and familiarity with ERP/accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently.
- Willingness to learn and handle multiple finance functions.
