JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and develop current business opportunities within the fashion, têxtile, apparel, and merchandise segments.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, references, exhibitions, and other channels.
- Develop new customers and expand business with existing clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings and product presentations.

2. Client & Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to provide suitable product solutions.
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order follow-ups.




- Ensure timely communication with clients regarding product availability, pricing, sampling, production, and delivery.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.

3. Order & Business Coordination
- Follow up on enquiries, samples, purchase orders, production status, dispatches, and payments.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Design, Production, Sourcing, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, orders, sales, and customer interactions.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate delays or changes to clients.

4. Market & Competitor Analysis
- Keep abreast of current fashion, têxtile, apparel, and merchandise market trends.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, products, and customer offerings.
- Identify potential markets, customer segments, and product opportunities.
