Responsibilities:
- Receive, analyse, prioritise, and route support tickets through the corporate support platform.
- Provide first-line troubleshooting and resolution for user issues and service requests.
- Escalate incidents to functional experts or vendors when required.
- Maintain accurate ticket documentation and knowledge articles.
- Contribute to process improvements, self-service content, and knowledge management.
- Participate in testing, release validation, and hypercare activities during system deployments.
- Work closely with IS, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Working Hours

As part of the global support organisation, you will participate in a rotating shift schedule supporting 24/5 operations. This includes:
- Working within a shift rotation to provide coverage across multiple time zones.




- Performing structured shift handovers to ensure service continuity.
- Supporting priority incidents and critical business processes during assigned shifts.
- Participating in hypercare and major go-live support periods when required.

Qualifications:
- Solid customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a structured support environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to participate in a rotating shift model.

Preferred
- Familiarity with ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira.
