About the role:
We're hiring a dedicated YouTube researcher — not a content or marketing
generalist — to build out our creator partnerships pipeline. This is a hands-on,
detail-heavy research role: you'll spend your day deep inside YouTube, hunting
down the right creators, digging up accurate contact details, and building a
clean, reliable database our partnerships team can act on. If you enjoy the
"detective work" of finding an email that isn't listed anywhere obvious, or
spotting a micro-influencer before they blow up, this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities
* Spend the majority of your day scouting YouTube - browsing channels, watching
content, and evaluating creators against defined niche and audience criteria.
* Systematically find and record creator details, including:
* Primary Business Inquiry Emails.
* Alternative contact methods (Instagram DMs, website forms, management
agencies).
* Channel metrics (Subscriber count, average views, engagement levels).
* Build and maintain an organized,



error-free master sheet (Google
Sheets/Excel) of potential leads.
* Review content to ensure creators’ tone and audience demographics match
Luna’s requirements.
* Briefly report on rising creators or "micro-influencers" who are gaining
traction in our target categories.

What We Are Looking For:
* You live on YouTube. You understand the platform's algorithm, culture,
niches, and creator trends well enough to spot the right fit quickly - this
is non-negotiable for this role.
* You're a natural researcher/investigator. You know how to track down an email
address that isn't sitting in plain sight, and you enjoy that kind of
digging.
* You're obsessively accurate. You double- and triple-check every email and
data point before it goes into the sheet, one typo can break an entire
outreach chain.
* You can consistently hit daily research quotas without cutting corners on
data quality.
* Proficient in Google Sheets
