Required Work Experience: 7 Years +

Education: Bachelors in Architecture [BARCH]

Responsibilities:
- Architectural designer / assistant project manager for projects.
- Prepare concepts, develop and detail design for projects based on design brief / external and internal discussions.
- Maintain knowledge of ongoing projects and take up new projects.
- Coordinate through all phases of the project from inception to completion.
- Oversee a group of people (team) consisting of architects / draftsman, help train and improve their abilities at various stages of the project.
- Prepare, manage workflow / work tasks. Check design / working drawings, specifications prepared by team.
- Ensure workflow / work task deliverables as per schedule and maintain exceptional work quality.
- Administer and ensure compliance to all quality standards for all processes.
- Ensure implementation of all processes while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to provide expert knowledge.
- Follow organisational policies for design, execution,



supervision from inception to handling over a project to client.
- Keep a track of all activists related to the project.
- To monitor construction work in progress to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Thorough knowledge of and compliance with KPA procedures and standard.

- Evidence of good design understanding, portfolio is an example.
- Ability to use a variety of software, media at all stages of work.
