Job Purpose

Supervise and monitor branch transactions and sales to enhance account value and portfolio retention.

Key Responsibilities

Supervisory Responsibility

Supervise and monitor Personal Banker desks and contract sales staff.

Ensure quality customer service and resolve customer queries.

Monitor staff productivity and provide guidance with the Branch Manager.

Oversee branch operations, audit compliance, and lobby management.

Transactional Responsibility

Authorize Personal Banker transactions and corporate salary processing.

Supervise cash and non-cash transactions, including DD/MC and fund transfers.

Reconcile and maintain suspense accounts as per required formats.

Sales

Generate business and monitor cross-sales of Personal Bankers.

Generate leads for third-party products and ensure teller training.

Manage branch merchandising and sales initiatives.





Education:
Graduation required; post-graduation preferred.

Certifications:
AMFI Certification, IRDA Certification, NCFM Certification (Optional).

Key Competencies

Sales and influencing skills, banking product and process knowledge, planning and organizing skills, communication, knowledge of competition and financial trends.
