About the Role

SafeAeon is seeking a driven and analytically minded Marketing Performance & Growth SME to support demand generation, campaign performance, and pipeline growth.

This is an early-career role designed for management graduates who want to build expertise at the intersection of marketing strategy, analytics, technology, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation and Campaign Management
- Translate cybersecurity capabilities into transparent, compelling, and commercially relevant marketing messages.
- Develop campaign briefs, audience segments, offers, landing-page requirements, and lead-nurturing journeys.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely campaign execution.





Performance Marketing and Analytics
- Track campaign performance across key metrics, including engagement, conversion rates, cost per lead, marketing-qualified leads, pipeline contribution, and return on marketing investment.
- Build dashboards and reports that provide visibility into campaign effectiveness and funnel performance.
- Identify underperforming channels, messages, and audience segments, and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct structured experiments involving messaging, content, audience targeting, calls to action, and campaign formats.
- Use data to improve marketing efficiency and support evidence-based decision-making.

Pipeline Growth and Sales Alignment
- Partner with sales and business development teams to define target accounts, buyer personas, qualification criteria, and campaign priorities.
