As a web author, digital product, you will focus on providing content management system (CMS) authoring, design, and capabilities support for enterprise digital marketing projects across multiple business units. To be successful, you must have experience with CMS platforms, strong design skills, and the ability to manage digital content to support marketing initiatives. This is an individual contributor role. You will collaborate with other web authors, product managers, product owners,



content developers and colleagues on cross-functional teams.
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Design Support: Collaborate with designers to produce and maintain web page designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Ensure that web pages are visually appealing, user-friendly and designed with a mobile-first approach. Learn and support enterprise web standards, particularly user experience and accessibility
- CMS Authoring and Management: Create, edit, and manage website content using the company's CMS platform. This includes selecting and placing visual assets in alignment with brand standards, digital asset management (DAM) best practices and user guides. Notify teammates and manager of work progress and assist with troubleshooting
- Search Engine Optimization: collaborate with SEO colleagues to ensure all digital content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and adheres to best practices f
