Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
- Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal vouchers.
- Reconcile bank accounts, cash books, and ledgers.
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Generate invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment receipts.
- Prepare GST working, reconcile GST data, and assist in GST return filing.
- Assist in TDS calculation, reconciliation, and compliance.
- Maintain books of accounts and supporting documentation.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial summaries.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and consultants as required.
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation records.
- Handle petty cash and expense reimbursements.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records in physical and digital form.
- Assist in year-end finalization of accounts.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Tally Prime.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).




- Understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and income tax compliance.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualification
- Tally certification will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting using Tally.
- Freshers with excellent Tally knowledge may also apply.

Preferred Knowledge
- GST compliance and return preparation.
- TDS provisions and filing support.
- Payroll accounting.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Inventory accounting.
- Basic knowledge of the Companies Act and ROC-related accounting documentation (preferred).
