Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Planning & Execution
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives and marketing goals.
- Manage search, display, shopping, video, remarketing, and lead generation campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and timelines.

Campaign Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize targeting, bidding strategies, audiences, creatives, and landing pages.
- Conduct A/B testing for advertisements, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Improve campaign performance by reducing Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and increasing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).




- Identify opportunities to improve click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall campaign efficiency.

Audience Research & Market Analysis
- Conduct audience research to identify target customer segments.
- Analyze competitors and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Build and optimize custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and remarketing campaigns.
- Recommend campaign improvements based on customer behavior and performance data.

Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting tools.
- Monitor key metrics including impressions, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversions, and ROAS.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Present campaign insights and optimization strategies to stakeholders.
