Store Manager - Bailey Square, Patna (Footwear)
Location: Patna
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3-6 years of retail experience, with at least 1-2 years as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Prior experience in footwear, fashion, apparel, or lifestyle retail is preferred.
- Robust understanding of retail operations and store KPIs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and retail POS systems.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Pay: ₹13,606.29 - ₹48,707.68 per month
