Job Summary

This role supports end-to-end order fulfillment processes for telecom networking services, focusing on validating order details, managing stakeholder coordination, and ensuring timely completion of low-complexity customer requests. The position emphasizes accuracy in data handling, proactive issue flagging, and maintaining high standards in customer communications to achieve optimal satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Validate telecom order details using workflow management tools to ensure accuracy before processing.

2. Coordinate order milestones within the team by updating internal trackers and seeking input from relevant stakeholders.

3. Identify and manage exceptions in order fulfillment using ticketing systems and escalate unresolved issues as required.

5. Support troubleshooting activities by following established telecom networking procedures and escalate complex technical issues to senior team members.

6. Ensure precision in data entry and updates across customer databases,



maintaining compliance with process standards.

7. Contribute to workflow improvement discussions by sharing observations on process inefficiencies and suggesting practical enhancements.

Skill Requirements

1. Basic Understanding Of Telecom Networking Concepts And Order Fulfillment Processes.

2. Familiarity With Customer Satisfaction Management Practices In A Service Workplace.

4. Experience With Workflow Management Tools And Data Entry In Multiple Systems.

5. Solution Mindset With The Ability To Identify Process Issues And Propose Improvements.

Other Requirements

1. ITIL Foundation or equivalent entrylevel certification in service management (optional but valuable).
