Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel requirements and preferences.
- Plan and book domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Arrange flight tickets, hotel accommodations, holiday packages, cruises, and transportation.
- Assist clients with tourist, business, student, and other travel-related requirements.
- Provide accurate information on destinations, travel regulations, visa documentation, travel insurance, and entry requirements.
- Prepare travel quotations and customize packages based on client budgets and preferences.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, embassies, tour operators, and other travel partners.
- Handle itinerary changes, cancellations, refunds, and travel disruptions efficiently.
- Ensure all travel documents are complete and delivered before departure.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Keep up to date with travel trends, airline policies, visa regulations, and destination information.




- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and booking systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Knowledge of international and domestic travel bookings.
- Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of visa processes and travel documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
