Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare marketing materials, brochures, presentations, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Develop professional business presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect information for marketing activities.
- Maintain and update the Company's website, social media platforms, and marketing databases (where applicable).
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Support the Sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Maintain customer and prospect databases.
- Prepare periodic marketing reports and performance analyses.
- Draft business correspondence and marketing communications.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Perform any other marketing and administrative duties assigned by Management.

Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,



Outlook).
- Excellent PowerPoint presentation creation and formatting skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.

Qualification
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or any related discipline.

Experience
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Marketing, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships and excellent presentation skills may also be considered.
