About the Role

RGC Global Private Limited is expanding into the water treatment and engineering sector and is looking for a Sales & Business Development Executive to drive business growth across industrial and commercial markets. This role combines lead generation, client acquisition, technical sales, and relationship management for a diverse range of water treatment solutions.

Must-Have Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or technical sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.

Nice-to-Have




- Experience in industrial equipment, engineering solutions, water treatment, manufacturing, or B2B technical sales.
- Experience preparing quotations, commercial proposals, and negotiating contracts.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert current business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, digital channels, and client meetings.
- Promote industrial, commercial, and customized water treatment solutions, including RO systems, water purification plants, treatment equipment, and related services.
- Conduct client meetings, understand technical requirements, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with industries, commercial establishments, institutions, builders, factories, and channel partners.
