About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise sales and business development for IT infrastructure and structured cabling solutions.
- Develop opportunities with corporate clients, consultants, architects, PMCs, developers, data centres, and government organizations.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation to proposal development, commercial negotiation, and project closure.
- Build strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, Infrastructure Heads, Procurement Teams, Consultants, and OEM partners.
- Handle RFQs, RFPs, BOQs, tenders, pricing, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Collaborate with presales, estimation, procurement, and project teams to deliver competitive solutions.
- Achieve sales, revenue, order booking, and profitability targets while developing strategic customer accounts.

Required Skills & Experience




- 10+ years of B2B Enterprise Sales experience in IT Infrastructure or System Integration.
- Strong expertise in Structured Cabling, Passive Networking, Fibre & Copper Cabling, Data Centres, Server Rooms, and IT Infrastructure solutions.
- Excellent understanding of solution selling, project sales, tendering, commercial negotiations, and margin management.
- Established network with OEMs, distributors, consultants, and enterprise customers.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven professional with the ability to own revenue targets and develop current business opportunities.
