Role Overview

The Area Manager will be responsible for managing the performance, operations, and growth of 8-15 salons within their assigned territory. The role involves driving revenue, ensuring operational excellence, supporting franchise partners, and maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management
- _Oversee daily operations of assigned salons_
- _Ensure SOP compliance, hygiene standards,



and brand protocols_
- _Conduct regular salon audits and performance reviews_
- _Ensure customer experience standards are maintained_

2. Revenue & Business Growth
- _Drive revenue growth across all salons in the territory_
- _Monitor key metrics: revenue, utilization, average bill value, retail sales_
- _Identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability_
- _Support salons in achieving monthly and yearly targets_

3. Franchise Partner Management
- _Build solid relationships with franchise partners_
- _Support partners in improving business performance_
- _Resolve operational challenges and escalations_
- _Ensure franchise partners follow brand standards_

4. Team Management & Development
- _Monitor salon manager and staff performance_
- _Identify training needs and coordinate with training teams_
- _Ensure proper staffing levels across salons_
- _Improve team productivity and rete
