Responsibilities:
- Receive and process orders from our franchise stores through WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with the team for order packing and dispatch.
- Coordinate with franchisees regarding order-related queries and changes.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of English.
- Fluency in Hindi and Telugu.
- Good computer knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple orders and work responsibly.
