Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily manufacturing operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved with optimum productivity.
- Monitor machine utilization and minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, GMP, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Procurement teams.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor production KPIs including OEE, rejection rates, productivity, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure workplace safety, 5S, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Manage manpower planning, shift scheduling, and employee performance.
- Support installation, validation, and commissioning of current machinery.
- Control manufacturing costs and reduce wastage.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Plastic,



Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
- MBA in Operations is an added advantage.

Experience
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
- At least 1 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in medical devices, plastics injection molding, pharmaceuticals, or laboratory consumables preferred.

Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management.
- Production planning and inventory management.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, and quality systems.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

Pay: ₹158,784.31 - ₹253,893.27 per year

Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
- Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)
