We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Housekeeping Manager to lead housekeeping operations across our school campus. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation throughout the campus while managing a large team of housekeeping staff.

Job Summary

The Housekeeping Manager will oversee all housekeeping activities across the school campus, ensuring that classrooms, laboratories, offices, restrooms, libraries, auditoriums, sports facilities, dining areas, and common spaces are maintained to the highest standards. The role includes manpower planning, quality inspections, staff training, inventory management, and coordination with various school departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure productive day-to-day operations across the entire campus.
- Plan and allocate housekeeping staff across classrooms, laboratories, administrative offices, libraries, auditoriums,



sports facilities, cafeterias, playgrounds, and other common areas.
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards are consistently maintained.
- Prepare staff duty rosters, attendance records, shift schedules, and leave planning.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to maintain high performance and service quality.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleaning, sanitation, and waste management.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and consumables in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Maintain adequate inventory of housekeeping supplies and coordinate timely procurement.
