Position: MIS Executive
Location: Vagra, Gujarat

Role Summary

The MIS Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate data, preparing reports and dashboards, and supporting the day-to-day MIS requirements of the skill development center. The role involves collecting, verifying, analyzing, and presenting data to help management monitor operations, trainee progress, and project performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Management_
- Collect, compile, and maintain accurate data from various departments.
- Update and manage databases, spreadsheets, and MIS records on a regular basis.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Reporting & Analysis_
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Generate reports related to trainee enrollment, attendance, assessments, placements, and center performance.
- Analyze data and highlight trends, discrepancies, or missing information.
- Documentation & Record Keeping_
- Maintain digital records and project-related documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to management and stakeholders.




- Organize and archive MIS records for future reference.
- Coordination_
- Coordinate with trainers, center staff, and other departments to collect required information.
- Follow up with concerned teams to ensure timely data submission.
- Provide data support during audits, reviews, and inspections.
- System & Process Support_
- Assist in improving reporting formats and MIS processes.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of organizational data.
- Perform other MIS-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BCA, or equivalent preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience as an MIS Executive, MIS Coordinator, Data Executive, or in a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts, conditional formatting).
- Positive knowledge of MS Office (Word and PowerPoint).
- Experience with Google Sheets a
