Job Title:Inside Sales Executive (FMCG Oil)

Location: Netaji Subhash Place (NSP), Pitampura, Delhi

Job Type: Full time
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month
Experience-2-5 year

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with distributors, wholesalers, and VP dealers for daily order booking.
- Generate sales orders and ensure timely order confirmation.
- Follow up with customers for dispatch schedules and delivery status.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and dispatch teams.
- Regularly follow up on outstanding payments and account reconciliations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and resolve routine queries.
- Update customer records, order status, and sales activities in ERP/office systems.
- Prepare daily sales reports, pending order reports, dispatch reports, and payment follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly business targets.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding stock availability and dispatch timelines.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer orders and sales records.




- Support the sales team in day-to-day operational activities.

Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in dealer coordination and customer handling.
- Knowledge of order processing, dispatch planning, and payment follow-up.
- Comfortable working on ERP systems, MS Excel, and other office software.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, or Sales Support.
- Experience in FMCG, preferably Edible Oil, Food Products, or Consumer Goods, is mandatory.:
