About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary post-onboarding point of contact to build, nurture, and maintain robust client relationships.
- On-Site & Virtual Engagement: Conduct regular virtual and in-person client meetings to understand business needs, gather feedback, and monitor platform adoption.
- Field Travel: Travel frequently to local client locations across Hyderabad to strengthen relationships, conduct business reviews, provide hands-on training, or resolve critical issues.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Gather customer requirements and collaborate with Product, Technology,



and the Customer Success Head to ensure timely execution.
- Growth & Retention: Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and drive contract renewals by ensuring customers realize continuous value.
- Accountability & Documentation: Prepare and share Minutes of Meeting (MoM), track action items to closure, and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify customer churn risks and escalate them appropriately to ensure satisfaction within agreed SLAs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Relationship Management, or B2B customer-facing roles (SaaS, CRM, or PropTech experience is highly preferred).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Mobility: Must be fully comfortable with frequent local travel to client sites as required by the business.
