About the Role
BuyBuzz Infra LLP is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead, motivate, and drive a high-performing real estate sales team. If you have a proven track record in team management and closing sales, we'd love to have you on board.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching.
- Handle client meetings and support the team in closing deals.
Eligibility Criteria
- 4-5 years of experience as a Sales Team Leader in a Real Estate company is mandatory.:
- Solid leadership, communication,
and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the Gurugram/NCR real estate market.
- Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving license.
