Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Lead development activities for automotive switch systems including driver, passenger, and auxiliary switches.
- Manage component design, packaging, engineering changes, validation, and product release activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Support vehicle integration, prototype builds, testing, and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable automotive standards, regulations, and development processes.
- Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, technical specifications, and release packages.
- Drive cost, quality, weight, and performance improvements for assigned components.
- Support APQP, DFMEA, validation, and change management activities.

Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical,



Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or related engineering disciplines.

Essential skills:
- Solid experience in automotive switch system development and integration.
- Good understanding of electrical architecture, circuit diagrams, and vehicle-level requirements.
- Hands-on experience in CATIA or NX for CAD design and packaging activities.
- Knowledge of product development processes, validation, and release management.
- Experience working with suppliers and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Familiarity with PLM tools such as Teamcenter is preferred.
