About the RolenWe are looking for an experienced, results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our India-based sales team.
nThis is a highly outbound, new-business-focused sales role. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new opportunities, engaging business decision-makers, conducting sales presentations and demonstrations, developing a healthy sales pipeline, and converting qualified opportunities into revenue.
nThe ideal candidate has 5+ years of B2B/direct sales experience, with a robust background selling BPO services, IT services, technology solutions, or related business solutions.
nThis role is best suited for a sales professional who is comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, consultative selling, solution selling, negotiation, and closing, and who has a proven history of achieving sales quotas.

- Conduct multiple online sales presentations and demonstrations as part of the sales process.n
